I’m Marcin Adamczyk, a senior software engineer with experience across startups and larger companies. My strongest ground is Ruby on Rails, backend systems, integrations, system design and product delivery.
I combine product decisions with implementation. That means I can work through an unclear requirement with a founder or product manager, inspect the current system, choose a practical scope and then make the change in the codebase.
I use AI as a practical engineering tool for exploration, prototypes, tests and implementation. I still own the architecture, trade-offs, review and production outcome. Speed is useful only when the result remains understandable and safe to change.
